Mind the Gap

this game was freaking amazing !!! props to the creator, voice actors, and the music & sound effects. them voice actors had bills to PAY. I was intrigued from the start, and I loved how interactive everything was. and I know visual novels are usually like that, but this felt like I was playing The Waking Dead or Until Dawn.  It was so fun trying to piece everything together in my head and trying to figure out what was happening before the characters/the mc does.

I also know the creator technically mentioned this in the preview when you download the game, but I love that this game shows how people are under pressure, when their trapped together, and when they're basically all being threatened with death. I adore psychology so seeing this and feeling like I'm almost in the game with them was so cool and I just loved playing this game.

I totally called the whole pardon = death thing, and it makes me wonder how no one (the characters) thought of that. and plus verity's hint, I knew from that hint that she was the concealer and it makes me wonder why no one thought to read in between the lines for what other people were saying. (though I'm sure vir must've at least had the thought in the back of his mind cause he's lowk smart). considering the fact they were to trying to use logic and interpret what everything meant, I feel like they should've remembered when vir said that they should focus on what people are saying and their body language to find out if their lying or not. and that also adds onto the theory that what if mc isn't actually who they seem and they're not an FBI agent like they say? I mean, if they're this so called FBI agent and they've been trained for this, how could they not catch onto veritys hint and that "freedom" isn't actually being released back to the outside world ? idk the mc and vir are a bit suspicious to me. even though I adore vir, I feel like he's hiding something. also, I could just be very yuri obsessed, but saphira and felicia were so cute. rip saphira my baddie, you will be missed :( 

also I know that the stranger said that everyone that was in the train was completely randomized, but everything almost felt, planned? like the organization that abducted everyone had been watching them for bit before taking them. I mean hey, i could totally be wrong cause this is just a theory that could be irrelevant to the rest of the plot. but, it popped in my head when mc asked "was this deliberately planned?" because how could they have known that Leonel was into tarot cards, or when mc asked what everyone was doing before they got kidnapped Saphira had said her house got broken into. it could totally be random, but, I wouldn't put it past this mysterious organization to go out of their way to stalk 9 people to find out what they're like and how they behave before kidnapping them. 

anyways thats all for my rant, thank you creator for making this I truly did enjoy every minute of it. and no rush, please take your time and take care of yourself. I cant wait for more !!!

I love death games so much!!!! And this one is so fun. Has a few key decisions, but they do impact the story from what I've played. I can't wait so see what comes next, even if I potentially lose my faves. I really love the character writing, even the ones I find insufferable (Vir n Deuce.)  I cannot wait for more...

This reminds me of Turn to Die -Death Game by Majority, it's also a very very good game. Btw kudos to the one who created this, it is very well made, keep up the great work

holy shit... Me and a friend found this game on random and played through the whole thing in one sitting and oh god. This is so underrated. The writing is so well done, and the voice acting is so well executed for this kind of game. This is an absolute must play for any dark VN lovers

i think that the story is well written so far as what we have seen so far (chap 3). The mystery and the dynamic relationships are very well written, and no one has acting out of character nor acting strange for the situation. That hard to do when you want to express certain things about a character. Leonel is unironically the best character, it's not common they have this kind of character and it's so funny to see the dynamics between more stereotypical character's u see in killing games. I hope we get to see more sides of him but without losing his unseriuos appelle. But mostly bc i wanna see him get his shit rocked properly.

I am so excited to play the next chapters, such a good find right here folks. Also, those tags don't lie and I'm scared, going through all the options and seeing the differing dialog and routes and relationship changes depending on your actions is so cool to see (even if i wish we had a little more impact). 

Also, small note for the VA's YALL ARE SO FUCKING TALANTED. I was worried we'd need to mute the voices bc this is an indie but the voice acting only enhances the game to another level. Personal fav is ofc Vir but Niaomi is also such a perfect fit.

Dios santo bendito, que estrés pase en este capítulo!!! Tenía mucho miedo de lo que podría pasar porque ya me lo olía pero a pesar de todo lo disfrute. Me encanta como este juego me hace pensar en todo, en cada detalle y desconfiar de cada cosa, es una tortura pero también es estimulante. Espero que sigas con este maravilloso juego, muchas bendiciones y abrazos🥰😘.

I fucking love this game sm <3 and i do think that mc is actually quite suspicious, although we are so called 'fbi' the game in the train gave us special treatment and how did the fbi actually manage to get mc specifically picked for the abduction too if that tv stated it was randomised? And why was I (not mc's train of thought) and naomi, a literal child, picking up clues and piecing them together at the dinner table quicker than so called fbi mc that has blurry memories and a slow thought process not very fbi trained it seems..? Mc showed us no characteristics that are exclusively for the fbi trained, all mc did was be mentally stable than most and did generic fbi actions that could be picked up off movies or shows. Vir, oh lord, after that drug gas incident acting clueless, dear god mc please believe in yourself more and is he trying make us jealous or smth while 'comforting felicia' he is the gassiest gaslighter, love him tho <333

omg i love love love this so much!!! spoilers for anyone who hasn't played yet! you've been warned ;) There's no way MC is actually FBI.  They missed so many things. Besides if they were sent in to investigate, they would know a little more. it seems MC is going in blind as well. Also, the fact that the I.D. was on them, and their memory isn't clear, so someone definitely could have messed with it. Is the wallet actually theirs though? It took them a second to realize it was there in chapter one. was that cause their memory is fucked or because it doesn't actually belong to them.                                                                                     

Back to MC being a little oblivious, not saying they aren't smart. How come no one picked up on verity's clue? They were only ever really promised one thing, yet no one seemed to question it (except maybe vir) even after Verity warned them. I guess it was just stress of the situation.  Random thought. giving them something to eat before showing them something so disturbing was absolutely foul though. straight up evil. R.I.P we lost a baddie. the afterlife better treat her well.                                                                                                                                                    

I feel so bad though cause i was sitting there staring at my screen like.... mhm mmhmm i made the right choice. and i would do it again. im soooo sorryyyy aahhhhhh!!! i love you i just love naomi more. that's my daughter.  side note, i hope Felicity didnt vote for Saphira. how do you ever recover from that?

And what its real purpose is! MC thinks its for entertainment,. Now is that because of what the others were saying or did they think that from the start? anyways, this game is so good. i think you did so well.  And i love all the characters, they are so well written. the story is so well crafted. idk if you can tell but im invested. You have my heart and soul. Can't wait to see more. im exited to be surprised <3

 I might be down bad for the stranger. that organization, him, whoever's idea this experiment was is so sick. and did us all sooo dirty. but i love my mystery man. And i would have gladly entered that train willingly, if i knew i would get to hear his annoying mocking voice.  Trust i will get him.

I LOVE THIS GAME AAAA

Basically the only "nitpick" Is that I noticed sometimes the dialogue the VAs are speaking are different than what the text says, or sometimes a character says a word very differently than usual? Idk its something ive wondered about throughout the game!

I can't wait for Chapter 4 after finishing Chapter 3! It was so good and so intriguing. Sending encouragement to Sweepix and the voice actors! Incredible work 🙌🏽.

I am SO in love with Vir! He looks even better in the third chapter, and I think you made him more attractive on purpose! Also, I knew that he was a good person, and his words and actions confirmed it. He also proved how intelligent, and calm he can be, even in extreme situations. He is definitely 'Best Boy'!

Esta novela se ha vuelto una de mis favoritas, me encanta la trama de la historia,  el diseño y desarrollo de cada personaje, y ni hablar de las voces, ¡Una locura! Ojalá tenga todo el apoyo que se merece, se nota la dedicación con la que hicieron todo esto y espero que puedan seguir con la novela sin dificultades!

I already figured I shouldn't be too attached to each character, cuz duh, but they're all so well written I couldn't help it. I really wanted to get ALL of them out alive somehow. Can't have shit on the death train Hunger Games survival simulator 😔👊 Even though it was technically the "right" choice, when I couldn't save one person, it still felt like I was LOSING somehow, becoming more entangled in the game.

Hooooo, when I catch that "gamemaster" or whatever bitchless god theyre calling themself, OOOOOH when I CATCH THAT-

And honestly, I am WAY more suspicious of Vir now. I mean, obviously he was already sus AF at the start, but he still seemed to be in it with the rest of the group. But now, hmmmmmm... HMMMM *aggressive finger wag* Your pretty hair and sudden display of sympathy aint gon work on ME, white boy.

But I'm honestly so so curious too. I want to like, crack open his skull and rummage around in his thought process, like why is he Like That™ yknow? We've really been left with way more questions than answers.

And yeah, MC! Why ARE you so unprepared as a damn FBI agent???
